A Brother of Christian Instruction, and holder of a Master’s in business administration (MBA) degree from Université de Sherbrooke, he is one of the founding members of Terre Sans Frontières, an organization for international development, and has been its Chief Executive Officer for close to 30 years.

He directs the international programs by making sure that the projects respond to the needs of those in need, in countries of the South and in Canada, and sees to the financing of the organization and the commitment of the Canadian public, all this with the help from the permanent staff and many volunteers.

Among his many achievements, he helped develop partnerships with the business and professional communities. Projects like Avions Sans Frontières, Dentistes Sans Frontières, Optométristes Sans Frontières, Chiropratique Sans Frontières, and Homéopathes de Terre Sans Frontières arised from his leadership. These groups organize volunteer missions in their area of competence.

His expertise in international cooperation and the financing of charitable organizations makes him a force that can not be ignored when it comes to involving people in the issues of sustainable development and humanitarian aid.
