A member of the Pygmy community, and born in the province of Equator into a family of nine children, M. Bikembi graduated with a State diploma in Education in 1991. Most of his work was related to the development of pygmy territories, notably as a Secretary for the Pygmy Association in Bikoro.

Personal project - M. Bikembi sees this training program as a way to value his culture but also as a way to create sustainable employment for his community. He has decided to start his operation close to home in his native village in the Bikoro territory. He also wants to help protect local natural resources through his company.
