Born and raised in Namur (Belgium), Makombo Maloba Kieushi holds an undergraduate degree in Biology-Chemistry as well as a diploma in Agro-Veterinary from ISAV. Makombo is currently in charge of an agency responsible of the maintenance of the MAK-KI gardens in Kinshasa. He is also successfully producing and marketing manioc leaves.

Personal project - Makombo Kieushi is driven by a solid desire to be an entrepreneur. The BDA program presents him with a chance to improve his abilities to manage and market African medicinal plants. At the end of his training, he hopes to start is own cultivation company in the region of N’Sele.
