John MOKUBA IYOTO
Eldest of a family of eight, MOKUBA IYOTO is originally from the district of Maindombe in Bandundu. Throughout his studies, Mr. MOKUBA held several internships, including one at the National Office for Coffee, and another at the Chinese Agronomic Mission. Mr. MOKUBA speaks three languages, French, Lingala, and Kikongo. With a basic knowledge of English, he is very computer-literate.

Personal project - Mr. Mokumba sees this training program as an opportunity to specialize in the production of high-value crops and to effectively manage revenues that will allow him to establish his own business, and participate in the fight against poverty in his community. He wishes to launch his business project in his home community of Maindombe.
BIOMAÏ stands for BIO, short for the French ‘biologique’, meaning ‘organic’, and MAÏ, the first letters of the name of John’s native district, Maïdombe.
