Born in 1976, in Katana, in South Kivu, John Lubaki Tulomba obtained a State diploma in Mathematics and Physics in 1995 and a degree in Agriculture and Animal Husbandry in 2004. John Lubaki also studied in the United States at Central Piedmont Community College.
